Lab Technician

Job Purpose

The jobholder is to fulfill all lab day-to-day operations.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Implement the Environment, Health, Safety (“EHS”) regulations and the analytical plan to meet the Company’s objectives.
2. Take full responsibility for the testing of incoming materials, in-process products and finished products on daily production. And assist in testing work trouble shooting and product improvement program.
3. Work closely with the production team to ensure the representative sampling and accurate testing of the sample.
4. Support on lab equipment routine maintenance and inventory report, plan and apply for purchasing for lab chemicals to fulfill the lab day to day operation requirement.
5. Assistant for new method build-up and method improvement.
6. Report non-conformance timely.
