Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform in-coming quality inspection of raw material, packaging material and process chemicals
• Perform daily routine analysis according to standard test method
• Perform internal calibration of laboratory equipment according to specified frequency
• Perform non-routine and product stability test according to schedule
• Perform daily housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the laboratory is well maintained

Requirements

• Cert, diploma or degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or relevant science discipline with experience in manufacturing processes
• At least 2 years experience in Lab operations which related to similar field
• Preferable to having knowledge of 5S, ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
