Lab Technician (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Daily chemical sampling and analysis (include resampling after chemical adjustment)
• Chemical adjustment based on analysis results.
• Assist in monitoring and replenishing production chemicals for daily/routine top up and preventive maintenance to avoid shortages.
• Chemical repacking (powder and solution) – daily basis
• Chemical/filter issuing from main store to chemical buffer store (daily basis)
• PM material preparation (include S‑Round cleaning)
• Recovery room arrangement (scrape collection, solution transferring & 5S)
• Waste disposal (non‑cyanide & cyanide based waste)

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Possess good and effective communication skills with all levels of the organization, suppliers, and customers.
