Lab Technician

We are looking for a hands-on Lab Technician to help prepare paint samples and support colour matching for customer submissions. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare paint base materials
• Mix and tint paint according to given formulas
• Operate shaking and mixing equipment
• Prepare drawdowns for colour checking
• Label and organize paint samples
• Keep the laboratory clean and safe
• Assist with basic data recording

Requirements

• Minimum ITE certificate or equivalent
• Laboratory experience is a plus, but not required
• Careful, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work
