Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct number of cubes to make for different batches of concrete supplied;
• Fill cube mould with concrete in three layers with proper compaction;
• Cast cube based on the standard method;
• Mark cube prepare with reference numbers and dates;
• Place demoulded cube in water tank for curing;
• Carry out slump test on each batch of concrete supplies;
• Carry out the compression test on the concrete cube at the specified date;
• Remove all the crushed cubes and aggregates from the laboratory after testing;
• Record and compile test results for submission;
• Carry out material testing;
• Inspect the quality of materials;
• Carry out safety and housekeeping compliance in the work area;
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
