Job Description
Job Objectives: 
To carry out tests and analysis which are scope of Spectral & Metallurgical Section (sampling, sample preparation and preservation, analyzing, registering results) according to valid Qatalum Laboratory Standards. 
Job Description: 
Receive samples (or sample if applicable) from customers and undertake sample preservation/analysis, ensure results are accurate and delivered/registered on time and that samples are correctly identified at all times. 
Ensure all laboratory analysis comply with written SOP's.
Draft SOP's/OPL's in Inosa (for assigned responsibility areas as per competence matrix).
Handle deviations (in procedures and results) as per respective SOP's.
Communicate suspicious results to the Chemist
Dispose excess/analysed samples in proper way to reduce waste generation. Monitor disposal of all analysed/preserved materials.
