Lab Technician

About the Role:
We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to support both lab testing and operational work in our hazardous chemical waste pre-treatment facility. This hands-on role combines laboratory analysis with operational duties to ensure safe and efficient waste processing.

What You Will Do:

Waste Handling (Operational Work):

• Conduct sampling for incoming hazardous chemical waste safely
• Work with Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams to handle and process waste materials
• Support daily pre-treatment operations

Laboratory Testing:

• Test and analyse waste samples following standard procedures
• Ensure test results are accurate and reliable

Record Keeping & Reporting:

• Enter test results into the computer system (LIMS) or spreadsheets
• Keep laboratory records organized and up-to-date
