Labor Analyst

Cuautitlán Stamping & Assembly Plant Finance team is seeking a Finance Analyst with strong business acumen and the ability to interface with our operating partners.
- The Finance Analyst role is critical to reporting real-time cost performance and helping operations develop cost savings strategies throughout the facility.Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, business administration or Accounting (MBA is a plus).
- Good communication and presentation skills (Spanish and English).
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions.
- Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to nonfinancial professionals.
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to details.
- Self-Starter and quick learner.
- Detail oriented and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Required advance Excel and PowerPoint skills (Alteryx and Qlik Sense is a plus).
