Labor & Employment Relations Manager

Sartorius has an onsite position available for an experienced Labor & Employment Relations Manager to join our HR team and provide strategic legal guidance on labor and employment matters across North America, Canada, LATAM, and Puerto Rico. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure compliance with employment laws, mitigate risk, and support a positive employee experience in a dynamic, global environment.

What you will accomplish together with us:

+ Advise HR and business leaders on U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as applicable regulations in Canada, LATAM and Puerto Rico.

+ Draft, review, and update employment-related local policies, handbooks, and agreements (e.g., offer letters, separation agreements, confidentiality agreements).
