- Foster open communication between employees and management.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Labor Compliance:- Stay informed about local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in collective bargaining negotiations.
