Labor Relations Representative

What will you do?

As a member of GM's Human Resources Group you are responsible for Labor Relations in a plant environment. You perform administrative functions as required to support hourly employees in a manufacturing organization. You maintain personnel records and complete transactions. You investigate and resolve labor disputes. You provide direction to production managers of hourly employees on Union/GM Local Agreements. You work independently with your supervisor to handle unusual situations.
