Laboratories Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Laboratory Quality Coordinator is responsible for leading the different areas of Metrology, Calibration and Metallurgy to help evaluate and measure the quality of the product and equipment through different measurements, tests, destructive and non-destructive tests.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Professional career in Engineering (Materials, Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratories (Engineer and/or Coordinator)
Minimum 3 years of experience with management of work teams and personnel in charge
Minimum 2 years of experience in welding and painting processes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
**Leadership**: Problem Resolution, Area Projects, Continuous Improvement of Laboratory processes.
**Influence**: Continuous improvement with and in the different departments (customers and internal suppliers)
