JOB SUMMARY
The Laboratory Key Account Manager is responsible for creating, driving, and securing long-term strategic partnerships with targeted IDEXX Veterinary Laboratory key accounts in Korea. This role owns overall account strategy, marketing collaboration, contract negotiation, and management of revenue and profitability.
The position requires a high level of collaboration with Korea sales team, including Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s), Inside Sales Representatives(ISR’s) and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated value propositions, maximize customer success, and support sustainable business growth for IDEXX laboratory services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned laboratory key accounts to ensure long-term growth and partnership success
Build andmaintainstrong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations
