Job Description
H2Lab is currently seeking a Chemist Analyst for its Rimouski location. Reporting to the Director of the Chemistry Laboratory, the selected candidate will perform tasks related to standardized analytical testing.
Role Definition Responsible for performing laboratory analyses and ensuring the validation and approval of analytical results, technical reports, and production batches in compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory analyses in accordance with established methods, guidelines, and instrumentation;
Strictly apply analysis protocols and work instructions;
Prepare and approve analytical reports;
Participate in the development and optimization of analytical methods and processes;
Ensure compliance with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules;
Act as a resource person for technical staff.
