Laboratory Analyst

Conducts chemical and physical analyses of samples from various stages of sugarcane processing, including Mills, Process House, and cane supply. Posts results to a Daily Analyses Worksheet and updates the DCS system for real-time factory-wide access. Validates NIR-FOSS analyzer data through manual testing and determines %fiber in shredded cane. Resamples and provides operational feedback when values deviate from targets. Assists in measuring stock-in-process and analyzes samples for Brix, Pol, Apparent Purity, and specific gravity.
