Laboratory Assistant

Preparation of samples and perform laboratory activities.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparation of fragrance samples.
   1. Assist Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Director to prepare fragrance submissions based on project briefs.
   2. To prepare in various finished product applications as requested by customers.
   3. To prepare samples for customers.
   4. Prepare fragrance samples for QC library requested by manufacturing.
2. Manage Fragrance Library.
   1. Replenish expired fragrances and ensure stocks are always adequate.
   2. Ensure solvents, sampling bottles, smelling strips, blotters, bottle labels, beakers, plastic bags, pipets are always adequate.
   3. To replenish unperfumed bulks and ensure that they are within expiry date.
   4. Collate all new fragrances for Business Development Managers to present to Sales Team 1st week of each month.
