Job Description

 
  Overview 
 A leading beverage company situated in Cape Town is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Laboratory Coordinator to join their team.
  The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for: 
 Monitoring of production records after production
 Verification of Lab equipment to ensure accurate testing results
 Compiling reports for Internal and External purposes
 Final Approval of COAs
 Managing Laboratory Staff to ensure the lab functions optimally
 Tasting of product for approval during Inspections
 Review of Non-conforming product for possible release/rejection
 Investigating Customer complaints
  Key Requirements: 
 Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Chemistry or Microbiology
 5-Years experience working as a Lab Coordinator / Lab Supervisor /Lab Manager; leading a QC-team, in a Food Manufacturing...
