Laboratory Coordinator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Coordinate, plan manpower and work distribution.

2) Ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively by:

• Checking daily workload, monitoring its progress and completing tests process according to TAT;
• Ensuring all tests are performed according to procedures and validated methods;
• Handling customer's enquiries and give technical advice based on testing reports;
• Diagnosing and checking of results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

1) Degree/Diploma with at least 2 years technical experience in lubricant/transformer/marine/mechanical;

2) Meticulous and excellent analytical skills;

3) Able to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously;
4) Able to interact with all levels of management and clients;

5) Possess initiative and keen to learn attitude;
6) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
