Laboratory Head

JOB SUMMARY:

The Laboratory Head (AB1) is responsible for governing and controlling day-to-day in-house laboratory operations to ensure operational readiness, workflow efficiency, equipment integrity, and procedural compliance. The role ensures laboratory discipline through structured operational controls and implementation of 7S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Spirit) while maintaining strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 operational requirements.

This position is strictly non-audit and non-technical approval in nature and does not have authority to initiate, conduct, support, or close audits, nor to sign or release Certificates of Calibration (COC).
