Job Description
- Manage a team of approximately 20 laboratory professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 17025 and national regulatory standards.
- Oversee testing methods, quality control, and technical operations across different sectors.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability in all laboratory results.
- Coordinate with international laboratories and participate in global process updates.
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management.
- Strong technical background in chemistry, food engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related disciplines.
- Fluent in English, with experience interacting in international lab environments.
