  • Familiarization with all Test Methods & Laboratory Procedures
  • Support and maintain the laboratory operations. Coordinate activities of the section to meet the turn around time and maintain the laboratory flow process.
  • Maintain Coordination with the Team and with fellow coordinators.
  • Maintaining the customer relationship, answering queries and handling complaints and feedback.


    • Specific responsibilities:

  • Review worksheets before passing on to the laboratory analyst
  • Work with operation department to retrieve samples when customer calls for re-test
  • Check test results from Lab Analysts and to approach Team Leader if suspicious results are detected for a retest
  • Review test results with Diagnostic Team to identify if retests or any further recommendation/diagnosis is to be done/included
  • Release test results to customer upon final review
