Role Description

Operational Leadership & Compliance

• Partner with Tower Leads to drive operational processes, regulatory compliance, and customer fulfillment.
• Oversee laboratory workflows from test request intake to final reporting, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with good laboratory practices, safety standards, and housekeeping protocols.

Financial & Business Management

• Manage the P&L for assigned business lines, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Approve and monitor inventory levels and capital expenditures to optimize utilization and control costs.
• Support business development through project assessments, feasibility studies, and collaboration with sales/marketing to achieve revenue targets.
