Job Description

  Responsibilities: 
 Raw materials sampling and laboratory analysis of incoming raw materials, in process, end products, complaints and competitor samples
 Liaise with external laboratory on microb analysis.
 Ensure all tests are performed in a timely manner & in accordance with corporate procedures..
 Advise on significance of test results and follow up with appropriate action
 Conduct environmental control testing and provide feedback to Production.
 Housekeeping of analytical, physical and microbiological laboratories including sensory room
 Responsible for internal calibration.
 Maintain complete and accurate recordings of test results in QA systems via SAP System.
 Keep records of both analytical and microbiological laboratories activities, raw material, environmental report (invisible hygiene) and certificate of analysis of raw materials.
 QA retained sample management.
