Role description
The primary purpose of this role is to supervise and support factory operations, ensuring that all quality assurance (QA) laboratory activities align with Group standards. The role will also provide technical services to the factories, assist with key tasks within the Group Laboratory, and ensure adherence to established Group QA Laboratory policies, procedures, and quality systems.

Role responsibilities:

• Control and coordinate customer complaints and the overall laboratory function.
• Ensure effective resolution of all customer complaints within agreed timelines.
• Implement and maintain relevant laboratory procedures, standards, and quality systems.
• Lead and manage key customer technical improvement projects.
• Ensure correct work methods and procedures are consistently applied across the Group.
