Assists and guides students with log-in support for learning platforms, email, technical troubleshooting, and related computer usage matters. May also perform related data entry functions using program databases and spreadsheets. Must demonstrate patience and the ability to develop a positive rapport with a diverse population of adult education students. Also provides in-person administrative and technical support for instructors.
