Laboratory Team Lead

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating CPL Malaysia sampling lab to guarantee the required service and quality levels, ensuring that the sampling lab operations are carried out safely for people and the environment and following CPL QSHE procedures.

Operations Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prioritise work of compounders for achieving KPI
• Monitor lab output and look for opportunities of efficiency improvement.
• Ensure that oils are weighed in the most accurate way in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all consumables and supplies are always available for the compounders.
• Communicate with other departments any issue which could delay the expected delivery date of the samples.
