Laboratory Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work of compounders for achieving the KPI
• Monitor lab output and look for opportunities of efficiency improvement.
• Ensure that oils are weighted in the most accurate way in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all consumables and supplies are always available for the compounders.
• Communicate with other departments any issue which could delay the expected delivery date of the samples.
• Manage all waste generated in the factory (empty drums, absorbents, pipettes, general waste. Coordinate the collections by the external waste vendors.
• Carry out the specific trainings for the staff
• Ensure that RM, bases & solutions stocks are up to date.
• Responsible for maintaining the stocks of all consumables.
