Laboratory Technician 3 - LT3

Position Overview

Temporary position until July 06, 2027, approximately.

This position is responsible for the collection, receiving, accessioning, and preparation of all samples for diagnostic testing and reporting results of clinical samples. The LT3 may also be required to identify and resolve unsuitable specimens for testing and may assist with training of new staff or rotate through different job functions as operational requirements dictate.

Rotation/Shifts

Days and evenings, including weekends, 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts. For information purposes only — EORLA reserves the right to change.

Basic Requirements

• College Diploma from a recognized program or successful completion of MLPAO or CSMLS exam in the appropriate field of practice.
• Minimum of six months to one year of experience unless a clinical placement was completed in one of EORLA's labs.
