Laboratory Technician

Job Description:

• Carry out routine testing and analysis services using advanced LAB equipment and standard operating procedure.
• Assist in documenting LAB test reports associated with PCBA manufacturing, ESD, environmental and mechanical reliability testing.
• Carry out any other functions required by superior and management team to meet customer and business requirements.
• Ensure 6S and safety guidelines in the LAB are followed strictly at all times.
• Assist in calibration, PCBA level debugging and component level failure analysis.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Good reporting skill.
• Result oriented, committed and work towards excellence.
• Conduct material science analysis and test services involving Ion Chromatography (IC), Total Ion Chromatogram (TIC), Focused Ion Beam (FIB), Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM/EDX).
