Your Role

As a Laboratory Technician Intern, you will gain valuable industry experience and develop personal and professional skills.

Day to Day

• Conduct wheat and flour testing and analysis, ensuring raw material and finished goods quality and food safety are within the predetermined product specifications.
• Complete and issue customers’ documents such as Certificate of Analysis, Product Specifications and other inquiries.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Quality program and manual which includes but not limited to periodic review and inspections, updating documents, filing and organizing, corrective and preventive action reporting.
