**Kelly Science and Clinical has a new opportunity for a Lab Technician in Lafayette, IN with a leading specialty chemical company!**

Job Title: **Lab Technician (contract)**
Location: Lafayette, IN
Shift: Day (Mon-Fri)
Length of Assignment: Open Ended
Rate: $20/hr. or $41,600 annual equivalent + benefits

**Duties & Responsibilities:**


+ Conduct comprehensive analytical testing on incoming raw materials utilizing a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, UV/Vis, IR, HPLC, GC, TOC, and microbial analysis.
+ Accurately weigh and receive samples, ensuring proper documentation and tracking within the LIMS system.
+ Adhere to strict waste disposal protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
+ Efficiently manage inventory and place material orders as needed.
+ Perform routine instrument calibration and assist with inventory control.
