As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the overall operation involving research, design, testing, evaluation, and development of all EML (Emergency Lighting) and Lighting products under FELCO.
Other responsibilities include:
- Product Testing
- Product Evaluation
- Product Research
- Test Equipment Management ( Maintenance and Calibration)
- Test Equipment Enhancement
- Process Improvements
- Laboratory Safety and Cleanliness
- Applies for Firefly and Ecolum.
They also provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. They handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution. They keep records of custom...
