**Job Summary**

The Laboratory Technician will travel to local dairies to collect milk samples, transport them safely back to the lab, and accurately log and record sample information. Once in the lab, you will prepare and culture milk samples by placing droplets onto slides or petri dishes for testing to identify potential pathogens.
