Laboratory Technologist II

Working closely with the Laboratory Manager and Clinical Supervisor you will provide leadership in the daily operation of Core Laboratory services at the Grey Nuns Hospital. The role focuses primarily on hematology and coagulation, while also assuming responsibility for the full scope of Core Laboratory operations.As a Laboratory Technologist II (MLT II) you will be responsible for providing technical expertise within the department, supporting MLT I’s and MLA I’s within the laboratory and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. As Core Lab Tech II, you will be responsible for recognizing and resolving operational, technical, and quality issues while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team environment.
