LABORER (FORKLIFT OPERATOR SPECIAL EVENTS)

Summary This position is located in the Community Recreation Division of the Fleet Readiness (FR) Department, Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Japan. The purpose of the position is to provide event support for MWR Events Command Events and private party rentals to include delivery, set up, breakdown, and pick up services. Responsibilities Ensures internal customers such as Food and Beverage, Fitness, Outdoor Recreation, etc. are supported by providing deliveries, setting up, breaking down, and picking up of event items in support of MWR events on Yokosuka and Ikego bases. Provides logistical and physical support for large base events such as open base events and concerts by building tents, stages, and setting up carnival games and air toys. Serves external customers such as Commands by providing deliveries, setting up, breaking down, and picking up rental items in support of Command Functions such as Change of Commands, Retirement Ceremonies, Command Picnics, Advancement exams, et...
