Job Description

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and protocols to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate closely with business clients to provide tailored legal advice and practical solutions for corporate and employment challenges.

Develop and implement strategies for effective dispute resolution and risk management related to employment matters.

Conduct thorough investigations into employment-related issues, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

Advise on reductions in force, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.

Maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, management, and other business units.

Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes to proactively address potential impacts on the organization.
