We currently have an exciting position available for
Labour Law
Litigator
, to be working within our Cape Town branch.
You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to:
Attending to all client matters and all phases of litigation matters/cases from the investigation, discovery, assessment phase through the pre-arbitration, conciliation, settlement, mediation, and arbitration processes.
Client Management:
- Billing target achieved as per BSC
- Providing Labour related Legal advice to Clients
