About the job Labour Lawyer - Fully Remote position Our client, Achkar Law, is a Toronto-based law firm helping employers in the fields of labour law, employment law, and corporate commercial litigation. We counsel Canadian employers across industries on everything from day-to-day workplace issues and litigation, to complex union certification and decertification proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and other tribunals.

As a Labor and Business Litigation Associate, you should have some years of experience handling labour and business litigation matters, including but not limited to employment disputes, contract disputes, and business torts.
