!As Labour Relations Manager you will oversee and drive the labour relations function across our group of companies. This role is critical in fostering a positive and compliant work environment, maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, and ensuring the alignment of labour relations strategies with the company’s overall business objectives.
What will the role entail?
Lead and manage all labour relations activities for the group of companies.
Act as the primary liaison with trade unions and employee representatives, ensuring constructive and collaborative communication.
Define, develop, and implement the labour relations strategy in line with business goals and legal requirements.
Lead the negotiation and implementation of the company’s Equality Plan.
