Labour Supervisor – Port Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Labour Supervisor to manage and control a workforce of 200+ labour staff for port operations at Port Qasim. The ideal candidate will have strong manpower handling, Excel skills, and operational coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage 200+ labour workforce
• Daily labour allocation (welders, general labour, housekeeping, helpers, etc.)
• Maintain attendance, overtime, and shift records
• Manage labour data using MS Excel (mandatory)
• Support payroll preparation (attendance-based, partial payroll)
• Handle labour queries and on-site issues
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and smooth operations
• Coordinate with site operations and management

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in labour/manpower supervision
