Description
 :Support to Technicians:
Assist with simple mechanical tasks such as guard removal/installation and tool retrieval
Organize and stage parts to ensure technicians have what they need, when they need it
Move used parts and materials in and out of the shop to maintain smooth workflow
Prepare and clean work areas to minimize waste and waiting time
Equipment & Facility Operations:
Safely operate floor sweepers, forklifts, and skid steers
Wash and clean equipment and service trucks
Move equipment in and out of bays to maintain schedule adherence
5S & Continuous Improvement:
Perform daily 5S activities:Sort: Remove unnecessary itemsSet in Order: Organize tools and work areasShine: Clean equipment, floors, and baysStandardize: Follow established work proceduresSustain: Maintain and improve workplace standards
