Position Overview

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) has an exciting opportunity for the role LAC Commercial Director, MMB Multinational. This role will be based in Bogotá, Mexico City or Sao Paulo.

What you can expect

• Responsible for growing our firm by delivering new business contracts and achieving and exceeding the individual sales target.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of the complex, multi‑million‑dollar sales cycle, covering all aspects of an opportunity pursuit: from pre‑sale through to presentation, close, contracting and hand‑over to our Account Management Team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across all of Marsh McLennan to generate leads via internal channels and distribution networks.
• Establish win‑win relationships on a regional and global basis with the world’s leading multinational companies.
