LAC Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal clients to identify and articulate contract issues and risks, provide practical advice, become a trusted partner and ensure efficient and effective completion of agreements and projects.
• Support the contracting function, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements (e.g. Sales Agreements, MSAs, various vendor agreements, distribution, consulting, and marketing agreements).
• Manage the contracts management system, revise contracting processes and work with internal clients to generate efficiency.
• Take a practical approach to contracting focused on the needs of the business and internal clients.
• Ensure that all contracts accurately reflect business objectives and are following all laws and regulatory requirements.
