LAC Storage Project Quality & Compliance Supervisor

Responsibilities Position Overview: Trina Storage, a division of Trinasolar specialized in battery energy storage systems, is looking for a Project Quality & Compliance Supervisor to join its LAC Project Delivery team. The role is responsible for ensuring that all BESS construction, commissioning, and close-out activities across the LAC portfolio meet the applicable technical, contractual, and regulatory quality standards. The supervisor works embedded within the project execution team, coordinating directly with Project Managers, Site Managers, EPC contractors, and HQ engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on site QA/QC experience on BESS or renewable energy projects with a structured approach to quality management systems, NCR handling, and close‑out documentation – and is comfortable coordinating in a cross‑cultural environment with Chinese OEM/EPC teams and LAC clients.
