Join our growing team at Serenity Confinement and Postpartum Centre as a Lactational Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert lactation support and guidance to new mothers during their postpartum confinement period. Based in our centre located in Melaka, you will play a crucial role in helping mothers establish successful breastfeeding routines and overcome any challenges they may face.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct one-on-one lactation consultations with new mothers to assess breastfeeding progress and provide tailored support
2. Educate and empower mothers on proper breastfeeding techniques, newborn feeding cues, and strategies to maintain a healthy milk supply
3. Collaborate with the centre's nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive lactation care plans
4. Facilitate group breastfeeding workshops and classes for new mothers and their families
