Key Responsibilities

• Process prescription refill requests accurately and efficiently
• Prepare prescriptions in EHR
• Review patient charts, medical histories, and past appointments
• Conduct outbound calls and send messages to patients regarding medications and follow-ups
• Communicate directly with pharmacies to coordinate prescriptions and resolve issues
• Schedule patients for follow-up appointments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records (EHR)
