Job Overview

Liisankoti is a home for aged people, people with disabilities, and mental health or addiction rehabilitation patients. In this role you will support residents in their everyday life and health, contributing to a safe and lively living environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized care plans to maintain residents’ functional ability.
• Plan, administer and evaluate medication in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support residents in personal hygiene, daily activities, and other tasks that match their interests.
• Monitor and report residents’ health status and coordinate care.

Schedule

Full‑time, permanent position. 3‑shift schedule with possibility of night shifts. Employment start is scheduled during summer.
