Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated personal care worker for a permanent, full‑time position caring for elderly and disabled residents in our community home.

Responsibilities

• Provide everyday personal care and support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Offer basic medical support and monitor health conditions as required.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and improve unit operations.
• Maintain a respectful, team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a licensed personal care worker (lähihoitaja) program.
• Minimum B1 level Finnish language proficiency.
• Commitment to maintaining and improving language skills.
