LAM MPL Regional Business Development

Responsible for the execution of the MPL LAM across the region, including setting and driving the MPL growth strategy of the region and managing the quality of the sales pipeline needed to achieve the GP growth targets. Proactively engage with sales to facilitate business wins and conversion. Ensure resources and solutions required are in place to efficiently respond to complex, multi‑regional, multi‑modal customer Requests for Quote (RFQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the product’s strategic initiatives for the growth regionally to meet the annual budgeted revenues and volumes.
• Responsible for MPL development within the region, including business plans and pipeline.
• Establish the necessary operating systems and infrastructure to ensure the right decision‑making and best practice sharing.
• Participate in and contribute to establishing the Go‑to‑Market and Pricing strategy of the product in the region.
