Laminates Team Leader

Main Job Purpose
The purpose of the team leader is to manage the shift performance of the laminates team in the plant where shifts are worked. The performance is measured by the amount of output relative to the expected and planned output, the losses incurred during the shift, the safety of the employees and general level of satisfaction of the employees.
Main objective
Responsible for the shift performance/productivity of the production team by managing the team and resources (including time administration, PPE, and Raw Materials) to achieve production targets for the shift.
Monitor the amount of output relative to expected and planned output and losses incurred during production by capturing hourly production and quality reports in order the make adjustments to meet the set targets.
